Shipping & delivery

How long does shipping take?
Standard tracked shipping is 2-5 business days worldwide from any of our warehouses (UK, US, Germany, Australia, China). Orders typically dispatch the same or next business day after payment confirms.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat $25 USD worldwide for standard tracked shipping. Bulk and wholesale orders may include free shipping.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes — worldwide tracked shipping. We deliver to virtually every country.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — every order gets a tracking number sent by email after dispatch. Carrier tracking can take up to 24 hours to populate after the label is generated.
My tracking hasn't updated / my package is delayed
Tracking can pause for 24-48 hours during dispatch and customs clearance, and most delays resolve within 1-3 days. If it's been more than 5 days with no movement, email us with the order number and we'll investigate.
My package is stuck in customs / will customs intercept?
A small percentage of packages get held briefly at customs and most clear in a few days. We have very high success rates worldwide. If a package is confirmed seized, we reship at no cost.
My package never arrived / says delivered but I didn't get it
Email us with the order number. Check with neighbours and the local depot first. If tracking confirms non-delivery or loss in transit, we will reship at no cost — or refund, whichever you prefer.
Are reships free?
Yes — completely free. Damaged on arrival, lost in transit, customs seizure, wrong product — we reship at no cost to you.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded — no shop name or product description visible on the outside. Customs declarations list contents as research / lab supplies as required by law. Sender name is a neutral business name, never the shop brand.
Can I ship to a forwarder / PO Box / parcel locker?
Yes — any standard postal address works. Just enter it at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if the order hasn't dispatched. Email us immediately with the order number and the new address.
Which warehouse will my order ship from?
We have warehouses in the UK, US, Germany, Australia, and China. Orders auto-route to the closest warehouse with stock. You can specify a preferred warehouse at checkout.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept cryptocurrency: BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20 / Polygon), USDC (multiple chains), SOL, XRP, LTC, BNB / BEP-20. Card and Revolut payment links are available on request for some orders.
Why crypto only?
Crypto clears quickly, works internationally, and avoids the chargeback fraud that affects card processors in this category. Card / Revolut available on request.
Is there a discount for paying in crypto?
Yes — paying in crypto often qualifies for a small extra discount on top of the first-order code. Mention it when ordering.
How do I pay with crypto?
At checkout, choose your preferred cryptocurrency. You'll get a unique wallet address and the exact amount to send. The system auto-confirms once the transaction has the required confirmations on-chain.
How long does crypto confirmation take?
Most chains confirm in 10-30 minutes. Bitcoin can occasionally take longer during network congestion. USDT/USDC on TRC-20 (Tron) is fastest.
My crypto payment isn't showing
Most payments confirm within 30 minutes. If it's been over an hour, send us the transaction hash and order number and we'll reconcile manually.
I sent the wrong amount or wrong network
Email us the transaction hash. If sent on a network we support, we can usually recover. If sent on an unsupported network, contact us first — recovery may not be possible.
Do you take bank transfer / wire?
Not by default. For large bulk or wholesale orders we can sometimes arrange this.

Discounts & promo codes

Is there a discount code?
Yes — code PAYDAY for 20% off your first order. Apply it on the cart/checkout page before payment.
My promo code isn't working
Check for typos and that it's your first order. If still not accepted, email us with order details and we'll apply it manually.
Bulk / volume discount?
Yes — bulk pricing kicks in on larger orders. Email us with the compounds and quantities and we'll send a custom quote.
Where do I see prices?
Full pricing is at /pricelist — every catalog item with per-vial and bulk pricing.

White label / private label

Do you offer white labelling?
Yes — white-label / private-label is available on orders over $2,500 USD. We produce vials and outer packaging with your brand, your logo, and your label design.
What's the minimum for white label?
$2,500 USD minimum order value.
What does white labelling include?
Custom vial labels with your brand, logo and product name; custom outer carton or pouch if required; matching CoA letterhead if you want one. Label proofs provided before production.
How long does white label take?
Standard catalog with white-label packaging adds approximately 5-10 business days to lead time. Custom-formulated products take longer.
How do I order white label?
Email us with the compounds, quantities, your brand details (logo, colour, label artwork or rough brief), and shipping country. We'll reply with pricing, lead time, and a label proof.

Product quality & testing

How is purity verified?
Every batch is released against a written specification: identity by ESI-Q-TOF mass spectrometry, purity by reverse-phase HPLC at 220 nm, endotoxin by LAL kinetic chromogenic per USP <85>, water by Karl-Fischer, residual solvents by GC headspace per ICH Q3C.
What purity do you guarantee?
≥99.0% by HPLC area-percent. Per-batch CoA lists the exact value, typically 99.3-99.8%.
Do I get a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes — a per-batch CoA is included in every shipment (paper copy in the box, plus digital copy by email). For pre-shipment digital copy, email us with the order number.
Where can I find third-party / independent CoAs?
All third-party CoAs and independent test reports are published on peptidemeter.com — search by compound or by our brand. peptidemeter.com runs their own independent testing pipeline on samples from us and other vendors.
Are products endotoxin-tested?
Yes — < 0.5 EU/mg by LAL kinetic chromogenic per USP <85>. Sterile-filtered (0.22 µm) prior to lyophilisation.
How should I store the product?
Lyophilised powder, sealed under inert atmosphere, store at -20 °C desiccated. Real-time stability data shows ≥36 months under those conditions per ICH Q1A(R2).
Shelf life?
36 months at -20 °C desiccated based on real-time stability data. CoA lists batch manufacture and expiry dates.
After reconstitution?
After reconstitution in bacteriostatic water, store refrigerated at 2-8 °C. Use within typical research timelines for the compound class.
What's the form?
White to off-white lyophilised cake or powder, sterile-filtered, sealed in Type-I borosilicate glass vial under dry nitrogen, with bromobutyl rubber stopper and aluminium flip-off seal.

Catalog & ordering

Is product X in stock?
Stock varies live by warehouse. /products shows live availability. /pricelist for full pricing. Email us for specific quantities or low-stock items.
When will [out of stock] be back?
Restock timing varies by compound. Email us with the product name and we'll tell you the next expected restock date.
Custom synthesis?
For many compounds, yes. Email us the compound name (or structure / sequence) and quantity needed for a quote.
Minimum order quantity?
No minimum on catalog purchases — single-vial orders are fine. White-label has a $2,500 minimum.
How do I cancel my order?
If not yet dispatched, email us immediately with the order number — full refund. Once dispatched, see returns / refunds.
Can I amend my order?
Yes, before dispatch. Reply to your order confirmation with the change. Add-ons can be combined into the same shipment.

Returns, refunds, replacements

Are reships free?
Yes — completely free. Damaged on arrival, lost in transit, customs seizure, or wrong product — we reship at no cost.
Are refunds free?
Yes — refunds are processed at no cost. No restocking fee. No refund fee.
My package arrived damaged
Photograph the damaged outer packaging and the vials, email us with the order number, and we'll arrange a free reship — no return required.
I received the wrong product
Email us with the order number and a photo of what you received. We'll ship the correct product at no cost.
My order was seized at customs
Email us with the order number and any customs notice. If confirmed seized in transit, we will reship at no cost (typically through different routing) — or full refund if you prefer.
Can I return an unopened product?
Unopened, unreconstituted products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Email us first to get a return reference.
Refund on opened product?
We can't refund products that have been opened or reconstituted (industry standard for research-supply chemistry). For quality issues with the product itself, email us with details and we'll investigate.
How long do refunds take?
Crypto refunds: same-day to 24h after we confirm the issue. Card refunds: 3-7 business days depending on your bank.

Are these for human use?
No — strictly for laboratory and research use only. Not intended for human consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
Will you give dosing or protocol advice?
We can't advise on dosing, administration, or research protocols. Refer to peer-reviewed literature appropriate for your research.
Is this legal in [country]?
Research-compound legal status varies by country and changes over time. We can't provide legal advice — please check your local laws.

Do I need an account?
You can check out as a guest. An account makes future orders faster and stores order history.

Is my data private?
We collect only what's needed to process the order (name, address, email). Data is not sold or shared with third parties.

peptidemeter.com publishes independent third-party CoAs for samples we (and other vendors) submit. They run their own purity and identity testing pipeline.
